Our SMB Account Executive will engage with leads, understanding their needs and creating repeatable solutions to their machine learning challenges. You will work cross functionally with our sales engineering, customer success and other departments to drive value to your prospects, share best practices and contribute to the SMB segment scaling approaches.

  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to closing;
  • Qualify leads and identify prospect needs ;
  • Represent and champion the customer inside Toloka;
  • Engage with clients stakeholders on a frequent and regular basis;
  • Conduct demos, presentations, quotes, and proposals;
  • Negotiate and close deals;
  • Build and manage the pipeline by keeping records and reporting accurate sales forecasts;
  • Deliver best practices across the sales process and insights on target audiences to develop scalable sales approaches, solutions and proposals;
  • Keep in touch with the product and its updates, work with key team members to develop sales expertise.


  • 2+ years experience as an Account Executive, Account Manageor similar sales focused experience in a Technology/SaaS company
  • Proven experience in managing numerous high-velocity deals with sizeable total pipeline and in closing deals successfully
  • You enjoy building positive client relationships by making timely actions 
  • You are a good team player and like working closely with Pre-sales Engineer, CSM and development teams
  • You use traditional SaaS sales tools like Outreach, Salesforce, and LinkedIn sales navigator to your advantage
  • Your written, verbal, presentation skills allow you to communicate personable yet professional
  • You are eager to learn and able to dive in basic technological details

This role comes with a fixed basic salary, an attractive (and genuinely achievable) sales bonus scheme and 6 monthly personal performance bonuses and salary reviews.
