General Description

Toloka is one of the world's largest crowdsourcing platforms for collecting and labeling large amounts of data for machine learning projects, ultimately solving a variety of problems for businesses. The data labeled on the platform is used to drive computer vision, speech recognition, search algorithms, recommendation systems, and more. Toloka is a key tool for major IT companies globally.

We are looking for an experienced Education Manager who will create and implement a corporate education program for top Toloka clients.   • Conduct market research of best practices in corporate training
  • Interact with external Toloka clients from the USA, Europe, and Asia
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (customer success and solution architect teams) to identify training and development needs, assess pain points, and create joint training programs
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, product, and sales leadership teams on a multi-product GTM strategy for new feature releases and product launches
  • Organize workshops to teach about Toloka and share best practices
  • Organize and supervise educational consultations for existing and potential Toloka clients (for example, organizing mentoring sessions for the Toloka Crash Course)
  • Actively support management and facilitation of our onboarding program, constantly working to improve it
  • Continually evaluate training programs for quality, business impact, and scalability (surveys, assessments)
  • Stay on top of L&D industry trends and best practices, apply that knowledge as you create and deliver modern L&D projects


  • 2-4 years of combined experience building engaging educational content in a variety of modalities in consultation with stakeholders
  • Background in course design, university building, or community development
  • Extensive experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, limited data, prioritizing, managing, and completing projects within tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, focus on quality
  • Can-do, positive attitude, strong desire to get things done
  • Advanced business communication skills, judgment, and analytical ability
