Uploading task items

You can add data to a bespoke project with the Active or Pending status.

Creating a new batch

  1. Open the project.

  2. Click Create batch.

  3. Enter a unique name for the batch.

  4. Select a queue in the Batch labeling queue drop-down menu. Your batches are being completed in order of labeling queue.

    Note

    If you have batches with same queue, the smallest one will be labeled first. To complete the batch faster, select a higher queue.

  5. Download the template and replace the sample data in it with your own data. You can use XLSX, TXT, TSV, CSV, or JSON files with tasks.

  6. Upload data using one of the methods:

    • Under the From a file tab, attach your file with tasks.

    • Under the Copy and paste from the file tab, copy and paste data from your file with tasks.

    • Click Via API to use the API.

  7. Click Create batch.

Adding items to an existing batch

  1. Open the project and go to the appropriate batch.

  2. Click Add items on the right.

  3. Select a queue in the Batch labeling queue drop-down menu. Your batches are being completed in order of labeling queue.

  4. Download the template and replace the sample data in it with your own data. You can use XLSX, TXT, TSV, CSV, or JSON files with tasks.

  5. Upload data using one of the methods:

    • Under the Copy and paste from the file tab, copy and paste data from your file with tasks.

    • Click Via API to use the API.

  6. Click Upload.

Renaming an existing batch

  1. Open the project and go to the appropriate batch.

  2. Next to the batch name, click Rename.

  3. Enter a new batch name and click Save.
