Catch what’s unclear
before you test.

Give your team specific feedback to act on, instead of another round of “I like this one.” Use attributes defined by Tendem’s creative specialists for your product and campaign goal, or bring your own. These are some of the questions an evaluation can cover.

Does the hook make sense?

Check whether the first three seconds communicate a clear idea and whether reviewers say they would keep watching.

Is the product clear?

Check whether people understand what’s being offered, how it works, and the benefit the ad communicates.

What gets in the way?

Flag hard-to-read text, distracting AI artifacts, and confusing visuals for your team to review.

Questions you might have

Is the pilot free?

Setting up is free. You can add your creatives, choose attributes and reviewers, and see the estimated price without paying anything. You’re charged only when you submit the task.

How does pricing work?

You pay per creative. The price depends on the format (image or video), video length, how many attributes you use, and who reviews: specialists, crowd, or both. Attributes created by Tendem’s specialists cost $10 each; there’s no charge for your own. The minimum per task is $150, and batches above 250 creatives can get up to 10% off. The tool shows your estimated price before you submit. See example prices.

How long does it take?

About 2 days on average. Timing depends on how many creatives you upload, whether you use Tendem’s attributes or your own, and whether crowd review is included.

What if I’m not happy with the results?

Each evaluation includes one free redo, requested within 5 business days of delivery. It covers results that don’t meet the attributes you approved, such as missing values or attributes applied incorrectly. Adding attributes or creatives is a new task.

What can I upload?

Video as MP4, MOV, or WebM and images as JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 500 MB per file and 20 GB per batch. Upload files directly, or share a Google Drive or Dropbox folder link set to “anyone with the link” — a folder is the fastest way for us to fetch a large batch. Keep your creative IDs in the file names. A single task can cover up to 1,000 creatives; bigger libraries run in waves.

Can I use my own attributes?

Yes. Choose “Use my attributes” when you set up the task and upload your file. Each attribute needs a name, answer options or a scale, and a definition.

How many reviewers look at each creative?

For crowd review, subjective attributes are usually checked by three reviewers and objective ones by one. Reviewers calibrate against a reference set before the full run. Agreement is reported per attribute, and low-agreement work is flagged or re-run. Specialist review is separate: one specialist evaluates each creative.

Can you review ads for different markets?

Yes. Choose the languages when you set up the task, and reviewers are matched to them.

Will this tell me which ad will perform best?

Talk to a migration specialist about volume, deadlines, integrations, and other requirements. We'll help assess the self-service fit and identify where you need support.

How are our creatives kept private?

Working copies are restricted to the people assigned to your task. An NDA-signed pool is available on request. Media is deleted on delivery unless you ask us to retain it; deliverables are retained for 90 days and then deleted.

What if a file can’t be evaluated?

Duplicates are counted once. Files that can’t be opened are marked as not evaluated and aren’t charged.

Will you make the changes for us?

No. The evaluation gives your team findings to act on; your team handles production and edits. Any compliance review is an expert opinion, not legal clearance or ad-platform certification.

Evaluate your next batch before you spend on it.

Set up the task in the tool, check the attributes and the price, and submit when you’re ready.
